Speakers Corner

Speakers Corner is an open space in Arnolfini foyer where public speaking, performances, displays, offerings, presentations, recitals, reviews, spectacles and stunts are encouraged in response to the 100 Days: Countdown to the Climate Change Conference. At 1.00pm each day Speakers Corner invites you to come along and hear about and respond to issues of climate change and consumerism.

Speakers Corner launches at 1pm, on 29 Aug, with pioneering environmental artist/architect Peter Fend, who co-founded the New York-based organisation Ocean Earth Development Corporation in 1980. Future speakers include George Ferguson, Kate Rich, Oxjam, Richard Dedominici, The Converging World and Ilana Mitchell.
