Incorporating animation and film footage, 3D ‘ambisonic’ sound and live performance, Ear Cinema is a multi-faceted installation and a performance piece. In a cubic space created by 4 screens, projections simultaneously run a combination of synchronised animation, film and narrative alongside live performers.

Although the piece incorporates extensive cutting edge technology, the real focus lies in the story: Late Noon Sun, directed by Wajid Yaseen who has brought to the project the award winning film-maker/animator Lizzie Oxby to create the visual element for the latest body of work in collaboration with members of renowned performance group Psychological Art Circus.
