Arnolfini - est 1961

Welcome to the Bristol Palestine Film Festival at Arnolfini

This year, Arnolfini proudly hosts four events as part of the Bristol Palestine Film Festival, a vibrant celebration of Palestinian culture, art and storytelling. Against the backdrop of an unprecedented humanitarian crisis, this festival becomes more than a cultural event – it is a vital platform for amplifying Palestinian voices through contemporary cinema, music and arts.

Our journey to this moment has been one of reflection, healing and commitment. We acknowledge and unreservedly apologise for the hurt caused by previous event cancellations. In the spirit of genuine consideration and continuous improvement, we have undertaken a rigorous process of listening, learning and transformation. Our new Programme Policy stands as a testament to our dedication to artistic expression, understanding and mutual respect.

Join us as we embrace a diverse array of Palestinian documentaries, features and shorts – each film a window into the lived experiences, resilience and rich cultural tapestry of Palestinian communities. Together, we create space for dialogue, empathy, and hope.
