Arnolfini - est 1961

A joyful and moving performance exploring the power of dance to connect us.

Through movement, text and poetry, three performers bring to life the support, care and fun that comes from movement, and the human connection and community that it creates. A Dance A Day celebrates movement as a source of care, confidence and human connection.

30-minute performances take place at 2pm and 6pm.

A Dance A Day is by Divija Melally, in collaboration with Saili Katebe, Adrian Longstaffe, Alexandra Pickford and Peter Thompson.

Dance, movement and art has existed through centuries as a form of expression and connection.

A Dance A Day explores how movement plays a huge part in our physical, emotional and social wellbeing.

Whether discovered in childhood or later in life, dance becomes a companion, a source of motivation and a way of building connection. Through movement, text and poetry, the performers offer glimpses into the many ways dance can shape our lives.
