Community Workshop, Level 2. 11am to 1pm, 2pm to 4pm.
Join Sam Harp, a Palestinian artist and member of BRAC (Bristol Refugee Artists Collective), for a family-friendly workshop in kitemaking. Drawing on his own childhood memories and inspired by Dana Awartani’s exhibition Standing by the Ruins, Sam will guide participants in creating their own colourful kites.
FREE, No need to book – just drop in!
Please don’t wear your best clothes, and prepare to get messy!
This event is part of an ongoing collaboration between Arnolfini, BRAC and UWE International Students.
