Join a Mindful Seeing session as a new way of experiencing the exhibition Emma Talbot: Everything is Energy
Explore Vision Yoga through breathing techniques and gentle accessible movement to relax and focus your eyes, mind and body. You will be invited to view the exhibition mindfully and see it in a new way.
Friday 23 January, 12-1pm
Wednesday 4 February, 1-2pm
Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. Stools and some yoga mats will be available. You do not need to wear specific clothes, but you are welcome to wear something comfortable.
Everyone is welcome. You do not need to have experience of yoga or mindfulness.
Please arrive at Arnolfini’s Community Workshop on the second floor 5 minutes before the session starts.
Please book a place and pay what you can.
About the Facilitator
Naomi is the owner of Bristol Yoga Centre and has been teaching yoga in Bristol for over 20 years. She specialises in Vision Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation and Somatic Movement. She regularly teaches weekly classes, 1-2-1, workshops, retreats and events.
