Arnolfini’s Season of Healing is a month-long programme of workshops, conversations, and spaces for reflection, responding to themes of loss, renewal, rest, and connection in Emma Talbot: Everything is Energy.

You are invited to begin 2026 by pausing, reconnecting, and taking part in practices that nurture individual and collective wellbeing, encouraging us to connect with ourselves and others.

Baby Sensory Play Sessions

Thursday 8 January & 5 February, 11am – 12.30pm

Creative sensory play for parents, carers, and babies (0–18 months). Connect, play, and share stories in a warm, imaginative space designed for rest, creativity, and togetherness.

The Web Between Us: Family Constellations Experiential Talks

Friday 9 & 30 January, 4 – 5.30pm

Join an experiential talk in the gallery session to slow down and experience how energy, emotion, and belonging flow through human systems.

Fabric of Motherhood: Printmaking Drop-In

Friday 16 January, 1 – 2.30pm

Join Mothers for Mothers to reflect on parenthood and connect with others creatively through printmaking.

Yoga in the Gallery

Friday 16 January & Friday 23 January, 5 – 6pm

This 60-minute yoga and movement session is suitable for all levels and designed to help restore and reset your body, mind, and soul.

Grief Walks

Thursday 22 January, 11.30am – 12.30pm & 5 – 6pm

Join a gently facilitated grief walk inspired by themes in Emma Talbot: Everything is Energy – a shared space to reflect on bereavement, memory and loss.

Mindful Seeing Sessions

Friday 23 January, 12 – 1pm & Wednesday 4 February, 1 – 2pm

Explore Vision Yoga through breathing techniques and gentle accessible movement to relax and focus your eyes, mind and body. You will be invited to view mindfully Emma Talbot: Everything is Energy and see it in a new way.

Creative Wellbeing Workshop

Thursday 29 January, 1 – 3pm

Breathe and Brew with ATTIC Teas

Thursday 29 January 4 – 5.30pm

Join Annie, co-founder of Bristol company ATTIC Teas, for a guided ‘Breathe and Brew’ experience.

Somatic Movement Workshop

Thursday 5 February, 4.30 – 6.30pm

Join us for a somatic movement workshop led by artist and somatic practitioner Jan-Ming Lee.

Catching Sight of My Reflection: Kamina Walton & Hannah Sullivan

Thursday 5 February, 7 – 8.30pm

A durational performance piece exploring two women’s experiences of getting older.

Letters to Loss: A Creative Writing Workshop

Friday 6 February, 4.30 – 5.30pm

Join Bristol-based writer Jessica Olivia Neill for a creative writing workshop inspired by themes of loss, healing and renewal.
