Join us for two days of hands-on workshops with Arnolfini’s Creatives in Residence, Let’s Make Art, inspired by the exhibition Emma Talbot: Everything is Energy.
Families are invited to create and explore together through playful, collaborative activities:
- Draw your own stories inspired by mythical creatures, figures, and elements of nature, then see them projected onto the walls of Arnolfini’s Community Workshop. Add colour and watch the artwork grow as everyone contributes throughout the session.
- Paint scenes from your stories onto fabric, stepping into the processes used by artist Emma Talbot in her textile installations.
- Bring your drawn creatures to life with animation by uploading your drawings and seeing them move — blending storytelling with creative technology.
These sessions encourage creativity, collaboration, and imagination, offering a chance to see how individual ideas can come together to form a shared, dynamic artwork.
Please wear clothes to get creative in!
