This 60-minute yoga and movement session is suitable for all levels and designed to help restore and reset your body, mind, and soul.
Led by Lena Grace, this session provides a nurturing space to reconnect with yourself and find balance. Take time to tune into your body and the breath through mindful, conscious movement.
This is a safe space where you can acknowledge and sit with feelings and emotions that arise. You are encouraged to move at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you need to move, be still, or rest, allow yourself to be guided by your own needs.

Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one; a few will be made available for those that don’t.
Please arrive at our first floor gallery space 10 minutes before the session starts to get comfortable.
About the Facilitator
Lena Grace is a passionate and experienced yoga teacher who has been guiding students since 2016. Having completed over 500 hours of teacher training with Soma Yoga and Medicine School, Lena brings a wealth of knowledge to every class. Her approach is rooted in creating a supportive environment where students can explore movement and mindfulness at their own pace, whether on the mat or the chair. Committed to lifelong learning, Lena regularly updates her skills to ensure her teaching remains fresh, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of her community.
Lena’s approach is influenced by a rich tapestry of influences. She is inspired by the five elements, Kundalini yoga, Elemental flow, tuning into the cycles of nature, and incorporating meditation.
