Changes Bristol is a community led charity that supports people experiencing mental health difficulties, helping over 1,000 people in and around Bristol per year.

Services include 18 weekly peer support groups, both online and in-person, telephone befriending for one-to-one support and a twice-weekly walk and talk service across green spaces in the city.

Peer support is a form of support that allows people to make connections, network with others and create a community with others who have lived experience of poor mental health.

Through using the Changes Bristol service on a regular basis, members report improved confidence, resilience and self esteem which helps them to make positive steps in their lives.
