Arnolfini, Bristol’s international centre for contemporary arts, is excited to announce an ambitious programme of exhibitions for 2026, featuring internationally renowned contemporary artists: Lebanese artist Mounira Al Solh, British artist Jonathan Baldock, documentary photographer Polly Braden, a host of new filmmaking talent supported by the Film and Video Umbrella, and Freelands Award winner Joy Gregory.

Hayward Gallery Touring announces Ekow Eshun as curator of British Art Show 10. Opening in Coventry in September 2026, British Art Show 10 will tour to Swansea, Bristol, Sheffield and Newcastle Gateshead. The tenth edition marks the first time the exhibition will travel to five cities across the UK in its most extensive presentation to date.

Arnolfini is proud to host the thought-provoking exhibition Tapestry of Black Britons from 9 May to 29 June 2025. This multi-participant artwork, produced by Paula Ogun Hector and woven by Bristol-based textile company Dash + Miller, aims to elevate Black British history and contribute to a more inclusive historical narrative.

Renowned choreographer and artist Siobhan Davies is making a highly anticipated return to Arnolfini on Friday 27 September to present two of her collaborative short films: Transparent (2022) and All This Can Happen (2012). The screenings will be accompanied by a short talk with the artist.
