Join Bristol Festival of Puppetry Film Curator, Joseph Wallace in conversation with BFP Co-Producer Rachel McNally.

Rachel and Joseph will be talking about the inspiration and thinking behind this year’s film programme, the relationship between live puppetry, film and animation and posing the question: Are there any boundaries?

Joseph is a film and theatre director based in London. His short animated and live-action award-winning films have been screened internationally. Puppets play an important part in Joseph’s performance and animation work alike. He has made and toured work in the UK, Europe and USA and was nominated for a BAFTA Cymru award in 2012.

Festival Breakfasts are informal conversations over tea, coffee and breakfast. They offer a chance to talk with artists and producers and reflect on wider debates and news affecting puppetry and animation. For more Festival Breakfasts visit the BFP website.
