With our friends at Spike Island we invite you to Bristol Art Night on Friday 4 February for a preview of the exhibitions opening at both galleries.

Between 6pm to 8pm be the first to visit new Spike Island exhibitions Candice Lin: Pigs and Poison and Adam Khalil and Bayley Sweitzer with Oba: Nosferasta.

From 7pm to 9pm Arnolfini welcome you to Paula Rego : Subversive Stories and Donna Huanca : CUEVA DE COPAL.

Admission to both previews is free, with no need to book. It’s around a 10-minute walk between Arnolfini and Spike Island.

Candice Lin: Pigs and Poison is a major new commission by LA-based artist Candice Lin that expands her ongoing research into marginalised histories, colonial legacies and the materials that link them.  Until 8 May 2022.

 

Adam Khalil and Bayley Sweitzer with Oba: Nosferasta is the first iteration of a Rastafarian vampire film by Brooklyn-based filmmakers Adam Khalil and Bayley Sweitzer with Oba, a Trinidadian artist and musician based in Brooklyn.  Until 8 May 2022.
