The line-up features exclusive Bristol appearances from UK noise music legend William Bennett (Whitehouse) presenting his relentless percussion-led project Cut Hands and blistering US analogue noise/techno protagonist Container, as well as London lo-fi post-punk provocateurs Blood Music.

Started in 2007 Cut Hands is the pummellingly direct percussive project of William Bennett, the founding member of the group Whitehouse and one of extreme electronic music’s original pioneers, based on experiments with his wide collection of Ghanaian percussion instruments.
Container is the stripped-down, beat-oriented electronic vehicle of Providence, RI’s Ren Schofield, who somehow sculpts vicious punk sonics into raw jackhammer rhythms that groove in the most pounding, hypnotic, unstoppable and psychedelic ways currently working the grid.
Blood Music are a new London band releasing on Powell’s Diagonal label, making dark and minimal post-punk awash with propulsive drums and harsh electronics.
Drawn to the distinctly British lineage of dystopian soundscapes, Black Amiga uses natural elements to sculpt his productions which draw upon the influences of dub, techno, electronic and jungle.
Jamming every pore in proceedings are Quietus DJs Rory Gibb and Luke Turner, who take a night off from furnishing the UK with its finest platform for erudite, open-ended and non-patronising contemporary music discourse in order to pepper the Bunker decks with some industrial/techno/noise assualt & battery. Out Of Place is a roaming series of events that explores non-standard performance spaces in and around the Bristol area. A diverse line-up of international music makers and solo audio adventurers will respond to specially selected contexts including an abandoned farm, a shopping centre and a swimming pool…stirring up a sense of off-the-grid discovery for audience and performers alike. A succession of unmissable stereo field trips taking live music out of its comfort zone.
