Fine Arts Lecture Series: Roger Hiorns

Tuesday, 24th March 2009, 00:00 to 00:00

Wed 25 Mar 6pm
Roger Hiorns is concerned with how we sustain materiality, how we can translate substance and even insult objects. He uses unlikely materials from brains to copper sulphate crystals to transform found objects or even architectural spaces into extraordinary new forms, where the familiar is remodelled into what he describes as ‘possibilities of an inconsistent future’.
