Marcus Coates and wildlife sound recordist Geoff Sample will lead a group of singers in a live performance to explore the technology used to produce Coatess new work Dawn Chorus. Dawn Chorus is a film installation of 17 singers recreating birds morning song and is being shown at a new gallery space in Bristol run by Picture This. Filmed in Bristol, the project is as much a portrait of British idiosyncrasies as it is the natural world.
