Researchers from the Interdisciplinary Centre for Contemporary Music Research (ICCMR), in Plymouth, have developed a unique Brain-Computer Music Interface (BCMI) that allows users to control music using information read from the brain, combining medical and creative music technologies. A talk presenting the system will be followed by a performance of The Warren, a piece written specifically for the BCMI, by composer and researcher Joel Eaton.
