FLY! Festival of Black Women’s Theatre | A performance celebrating heritage and our belonging to the numerous generations which have gone before us, exploring how their legacies embellish the fabric of our lives.

Angie Amra Anderson’s performance is a celebration of many kinds. Starting with the very nature of African and Caribbean people, the show shines a spotlight on the richly woven tapestry of African and Caribbean artistic forms.

Anderson is one of the UK’s top African arts practitioners and has worked extensively as a dancer, choreographer, actress and percussionist.

FLY! Festival of Black Women’s Theatre is proudly supported by Arnolfini.
