Now in its eighth year The Children’s Bookshow gives children the opportunity to experience the enthusiasm, energy and passion of some of today’s top children’s writers and illustrators. Join us for a celebration of the tales that shape us wherever we may live. Jessica Souhami specialises in retelling traditional tales from all over the world. Find out how she captures a traditional oral tale between the pages of a book and see if you can recognise the European versions of some of her stories; because stories don’t stay in one place, they travel around the world changing as they go.
