The workshop on “Fidelio” is led by Anthony Negus, with Maria Moll, soprano, and Jeffrey Lawton tenor. Mr. Negus will approach “Fidelio” from both the musical and production angles and will examine some of the intriguing issues raised by Beethoven’s mixture of politics and art.
