Join us for two special Women’s Craft Club events as we mark the closing weekend of Bristol Refugee Festival and celebrate themes of sanctuary, culture, and community.
Friday 13 June, 11am to 1pm
Explore craft through a multicultural lens in a masterclass led by artists Brândușa-Andreea Rotaru and Jude Nassar جودْ نصار, who will guide you through creative techniques inspired by their Romanian and Palestinian heritage.
Friday 20 June, 11am to 1pm
In collaboration with Bridges for Communities’ Stitching Together group, take part in a vibrant flag and bunting workshop, creating collective symbols of hope, welcome and togetherness.
All materials provided, including knitting, crochet, embroidery, fabrics, jewellery making and more.
These workshops are open, inclusive and a celebration of community through creativity.
