Calling all 7-12 year olds! Artist Anna Orton will take you on an exciting creative journey inspired by Art From Elsewhere.
Explore the exhibition with an Arnolfini guide and investigate the ideas and techniques used to make your own artworks in response.
Anna has an exciting art practice consisting of drawing, theatre, sculpture, performance and model making. The workshop will offer children the chance to find out about contemporary artists around the world and experiment with different ways that they can think about making art.
The session will include:
– discovering more about artists in the exhibition
– playing drawing games to learn about each other
– making a mixed media art piece inspired by the themes of the exhibition
