Following Arnolfini’s nomination for Museum of the Year 2016, Art Fund are looking for the best photos that capture Arnolfini for the Museum of the Year Photo Competition.

Whether you’re an experienced photographer or a smartphone snapper, we invite you to enter your photographs.

For inspiration, take a look at last year’s winning photograph of HM Tower of London.

World-renowned photographer Rankin will help us to shortlist five photographers – one for each museum – and then a public vote will decide the ultimate winner.

PRIZES

First prize:

  • A fantastic photography holiday to Berlin, courtesy of Frui Creative Holidays and Courses.
  • A Lomography LCA 120 camera, which uses medium-format film and comes complete with a built-in light meter and multiple exposure button.
  • The winning photograph will be published in Art Quarterly, the Art Fund’s magazine.

All five shortlisted photographers will win:

  • A National Art Pass.
  • A copy of Frui founder Henry Carroll’s book, Read This If You Want to Take Great Photographs.

We are also offering the shortlisted photographer for Arnolfini, a stack of new photography books from our Bookshop and the opportunity to display their work on the walls in the Arnolfini Café-Bar.
