A series of free spring sculpture making sessions running at UWE Frenchay for staff, students and local people at the Bryophyte Club Making Space – Room 2S510 in S-block at UWE Frenchay.

We’ll be making large-scale sculptures from clay, which will be cast in bronze or fired in a brick kiln. Artists Ben and Phil from Juneau Projects will be on hand to give guidance. No experience needed!

Set up by artists Juneau Projects as part of an ongoing public art project, a joint project between Arnolfini and UWE Bristol, to create a sculpture garden for the new student accommodation village at UWE Frenchay. The sculptures were designed with local people, staff and students at the University through workshops in autumn 2022. We now invite all participants back to have a hand in the next stage of the creation!
